We have created genmaicha that compliments Japanese dishes. The key is in blending the Japan-produced non-glutinous rice into our specialty sencha. We were incentivized to create this tea when our customers requested "a brown rice tea with a rich savory flavor that can be repeatedly enjoyed without becoming bland." Our signature genmaicha may be served in various ways with its savory flavour and mild sweetness.
How to brew Genmaicha
The last drop of tea concentrate essence of tea, please pour to the last drop
If you like your tea brewed stronger or weaker, simply adjust the amount of water
It is okay to add some ice cubes to enjoy iced tea
Store the tea leaves in dark, cool, and dry place.
